US Code: 16 USC 3834 Section 1234 Name of Law: Farm Bill
The 2008 Farm Bill requires NASS to collect data on cash rents for entire US on a county level. We are incorporating the questions into several existing data collection instruments we are currently using. The decrease in burden hours is due to a change in calculating for non-response. The slight decrease in responses is due to a reporting error in sample size for the Cattle on Feed Survey.
