Abstract: FCC Rules require that applicants in the Experimental Radio Services submit FCC Form 703 whenever the applicant proposes to change the control of a station, as by transfer of stock ownership. The Commission uses the data to determine continued eligibility for licensees. Without this information violations of ownership regulations would occur.
