Sources potentially subject to this standard are petroleum refineries. Subject sources have emission requirements for particulate matter, sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, and carbon monoxide. Consequently, these sources are subject to monitoring, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements so that EPA may target inspections and determine compliance.
