Abstract: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is charged under Section 112 of the Clean Air Act, as amended, to establish National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). Respondents to this ICR are owners or operators of new or existing gasoline distribution facilities. The information which will be collected for this NESHAP is required to determine whether all sources subject to this NESHAP are achieving the standards.

Both subparts add new recordkeeping and reporting for affected sources, including preparing and submitting notices, preparing and submitting demonstrations and applications, reporting releases, gathering information, and preparing and submitting reports.
