Abstract: The owner/operator must submit an application of approval of construction or modification, notification of startup, waiver of emissions test if desired, report within 10 days of each manual vent or relief value discharge, and quarterly reports. EPA uses this information to directly determine the compliance status of sources in lieu of on-site surveillance.
