Abstract: Institutions of higher education make Perkins loans. Information is necessary in order to monitor a school's reimbursement to its Perkins loan revolving fund, monitor how collection costs are charged to borrowers on rehabilitation loans and to monitor the assignment of defaulted Perkins loans to the Department.
