Abstract: VA Form 21-4103 is used to gather information that is necessary to determine whether a deceased veteran's child is eligible for death pension upon remarriage of the surviving spouse. The income and net worth of the child, remarried spouse and her/his spouse must be within the limits imposed by law. It would be impossible to determine eligibility and the benefit rate payable without this information.
