Abstract: On September 13, 2006, the Commission released an Order on Reconsideration, In the Matter of Rules and Regulations Implementing Minimum Customer Account Record Exchange Obligation on All Local and Interexchange carriers, CG Docket No. 02-386, FCc 06-134. This Order concluded that minor modifications to Section 64.402 were needed to clarify carriers' respective obligation under that rule section.

Short Statement: On September 13, 2006, the Commission released an Order on Reconsideration, In the Matter of Rules and Regulations Implementing Minimum Customer Accout Record Exchange Obligations on All Local and Interexchange Carriers, CG Docket No. 02-386, FCC 06-134. As a result of the Order on Reconsideration, the Commission concluded that minor modifications to Section 64.402 were needed to clarify carriers' respective obligations under the rule section. As a result of this Order on Reconsideration and particularities of the ROCIS system, the Commission had revisions to the total annual number of responses and total annual burden hours.
