Abstract: The Ninth Report and Order solicited comment on service rules for Advanced Wireless Services in the 1710-1755 MHz and 2110-2155 MHz bands, including provisions for applications, licensing, operating and technical rules, and for competitive bidding. With this submission, the Commission is submitting the Ninth Report and Order, to OMB for review and approval.

Short Statement: The Commission is reporting a program change increase in burden hours and annual costs due to new and modified reporting, recordkeeping and third party disclosure requirements set forth in the Ninth Report and Order (FCC 06-45). Additionally, most of the burdens identified in item 12 of the supporting statement have been re-calculated due to an increase in the number of respondents and responses. Therefore, the burden hours and annual costs have changed since the last submission to the OMB.
