Abstract: Section 73.37 (d) requires applicants for a new or major change AN broadcast station to make a satisfactory showing if new or modified nighttime operation by a Class B station is proposed. Section 73.37 (f) requires modifications that result in spacing(s) that fail to meet any separations to include a shoing that an adjustment has been made. The data is used by FCC staff to ensure that objectionable interference will not be caused to other authorized AM stations.
