Abstract: This information will be used for a standard data repository for entity name, address, Taxpayer Identification Number telephone number, email, fax, contact representative, contact representative address, telephone number, email and fax. The Commission Registration System (CORES) will assign each entity doing business with the Commission a FCC Registration Number (FRN). The purpose of this FRN is for collecting and reporting on any delinquent amounts arising out of such person's relationship with the FCC. The respondents are anyone doing business with the FCC.

Short Statement: Although the total number of respondents has increased, the FCC has also had to disaggregate the estimated number of respondents for each "affected public" and to determine the corresponding hourly burden for each to comply with the calculation requirements for ROCIS. These calculations are "adjustments" and do not result from any program changes.
