Abstract: This form is used to obtain information on professional experience from applicants for evaluation by panels for possible VA fee appraiser, compliance inspector, or LAPP designation. Fee personnel recommend the value of properties proposed for VA financing under 38 U.S.C. 3710 and 3711, ascertain whether properties meet minimum property requirements and appraise lots for loans as authorized by 38 U.S.C. 3712.
