Extension without change of a currently approved collection
The Emission Guidelines apply to owners or operators of HMIWI if approvable State or Tribal plans are not developed. Owners or operators are required to submit initial notifiation, conduct initial performance tests and continuously monitor site-specific operating parameters. Annual compliance reports are required related to a variety of site-specific operting parameters, including exceedances of applicable limits. Semi-annual compliance reports are required related to emission rate or operating parameter data that were not obtained when exceedances of applicable limits occured.
