Abstract: Regulation sections 20 CFR 416.1181 and 416.1226 describe the requirements for the Plan to Achieve Self-Support (PASS), a program which enables Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients to set aside income and resources to use toward specific education or job training goals. The regulations are being revised to remove the current time limit on the duration of the PASS. The respondents are SSI recipients who want to participate in the PASS program.
