Abstract: The purpose of this data collection is to test the effectiveness of a nationally available prostate cancer (CaP) screening decision aid developed by CDC as a tool for informed decision-making. Surveys will be used to evaluate the ability of the decision aid to impart knowledge, facilitate men's participation in discussions with their providers about CaP screening, and provide balanced information of the harms and benefits of screening. The data collected will be used to inform revisions of the aid, and the development of new materials.
