Abstract: This is request for emergency clearance to conduct a series of focus groups the purpose of evaluating consumer reaction to the EPA's proposed fuel economy label designs. The information gathered from these groups would be used to inform the Agency's decision on the revised format of the fuel economy window sticker label that is posted on new cars and trucks. No more than 90 respondents would be involved in the focus groups.
