Abstract: Integrating HIV and Prevention Services into Reproductive Health and Other Community Settings is a 5-year cooperative agreement that funds 10 projects, who deliver training and technical assistance to promote health agencies integrating prevention services into existing reproductive health services. In order to evaluate the reach of the program, CDC proposes to establish and conduct an on-line data collection for evaluating the operations of the 10 projects. The system will provide projects a direct means to submit their required twice yearly progress reports.
