Abstract: "My Improvement Plan," consists of an on-line survey targeted for use by all CNCS grantees and other interested national and community service providers. By taking the survey, users identify knowledge gaps in relation to the building blocks for effective service and volunteers organizations. Based on their scores, users are connected with the most beneficial training and technical assistance resources to help them address their gaps.
