Abstract: The provisions of tghis subpart apply to each glass manu- facturing plant that commenced construction or modification after June 15, 1979. Owners or operators of subpart CC facilities are required to comply with reporting and recordkeeping requirements, and maintain records of specific information needed by EPA to determine if compliance has been achieved. Sources are required to submit semiannual reports of excess emissions.
