Abstract: The rule number changed because the rules for this service were moved from Part 21 of Title 47 to Part 27. The exhibit submitted under Section 27.1213(f) will be used to determine whether the applicant is qualified as a designated entity and therefore eligible for special measures. The records maintenance and audit provisions of Section 27.1213(f) and (g) are necessary to prevent abuse of the special measures offered to those BRS auction winners claiming designated entity status.
