Abstract: Revised Rule 15Aa-1 would require an association to file the proposed Form 2 (revised and redesignated Form X-15AA-1) in order to register with the Commission as a national securities association. Rule 15Aa-1 is designed to elicit the information necessary to determine whether an association is organized in compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
