Abstract: CDC has initiated an agreement with RTI International to develop and conduct a web-based survey to track and understand the degree of familarity with the Community Guide among public health decision makers and the degree to which they are using the Community Guide in their decision-making & planning. Information will be sought on ways the Community Guide and be improved to enhance user satisfaction and ultimately improve public health. The Surveillance Survey will entail surveys of the following groups: (1) State Chronic Disease Directors, (2) Healthy People 2010 Coordinators, and (3) a non-random sample of five local.....
