Abstract: Rule 1(c) (17 CFR 250.1) implements section 14 of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935 by requiring registered holding companies to file Form U5S, an annual report at the Commission may prescribe to keep current information relevant to compliance with substantive provisions of the Act.
