Abstract: Part of this information collection is used to ensure contractor compliance with restrictions on the acquisition of foreign products. Other information is required to enable compliance with our trade agreements and memoranda of understanding, which promote reciprocal trade with our allies. DoD also provides information to the Department of Commerce with regard to identification of expenditures in the United States.
