Abstract: Participants in the Federally-regulated dolphin-wahoo fishery in the exclusive economic zone of the Atlantic are required to obtain Federal permits under a new permit program. Permits are required for vessels, operators, and dealers. NOAA needs information from the applications for the identification of fishing vessels/dealers/participants and the management of the fisheries and generate fishery-specific data for management purposes.
