Abstract: The information collection requirements in the Broadcast Ownership Rules R&O contain one-time reporting burdens, which are not included in Commission forms, affecting approximately 12 broadcast licensees who currently have a temporary waiver, a pending request for waiver, or a pending request for extension of a waiver of the local TV ownership rule, or who have been granted conditional waivers of the previous one-to-a-market cross-ownership rule These reporting requirements are needed to ensure compliance with the new broadcast ownership rules and thus to ensure the rules' effectiveness.
