Abstract: This collection is necessary to facilitate the successful co-existence of incumbent and geographic area paging licensees; lessen the administrative burden of licensees and simplify the paging licensing database; determine the partitioned service areas; determine whether or not geographic area licensees have met the applicable coverage requirements for their respective service areas; determine whether an applicant is eligible to receive bidding credit as a small business; determine the real parties interest of any joint bidding agreements; and determine the appropriate unjust enrichment compensation to be remitted....
