Abstract: Respondents are owners or operators of ethylene oxide sterilization facilities. Respondents must submit one-time reports at the start of construction, reconstruction, or modi- fication, anticipated or actual startup dates, and phyical or operation changes to existing facilities. In addition, certain owners or operators of existing ethylene oxide sterilization facilities will submit reports of actual annual ethylene oxide use.
