Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with clarifications in CDC memos on 2/23/04 and 2/27/04. In describing the results of the study, CDC will clearly acknowledge the limitations of the data including the fact that the study collected data from participants in three HOPWA agencies. The study does not employ a statistical sampling methodology to create a representative sample, thus, the findings will not generate national or other estimates prevalence of behaviors/conditions in the homeless population.
