Extension without change of a currently approved collection
The forms are used by VA's Fiduciary Program and are provided to VA fuduciaries as acceptable formats to collect data to be reported in accountings and are acceptable by VA and state courts alike to satisfy requirements under state and federal statutes. Some courts require documents be submitted on legal size paper, hence the 21-4706 and 21-4706c. While the accounting requirement is mandatory under the law, use of the form is optional.
