Abstract: FCC Form 315 is required to be filed when applying for transfer of control of a broadcast station construction permit or license. On July 2, 2003 the Commission released a Report and Order and Notice of Paperwork Rulemaking (R&O and NPRM), MB Docket No. 02-277 et al, FCC 03-127. Among other things, the R&O requires that applicants filing Form 315 must submit an exhibit demonstrating compliance with FCC multiple ownership rules and cross-media limits, or supporting an exemption from or waiver of 47 CFR Section 73.3555.
