Abstract: The data collecton effort will provide information required by the Corporation for Natinal and Community Service to enable it to make effective decisions concerning the use of grants funds. Applications will be accepted from eligible nonprofit organiza- tions institutions of higher education to apply for grant assistance to establish community service and service-learning programs.
