Abstract: EPA has developed this ICR to ensure that the new voluntary program "Climate Leaders" is able to obtain greenhouse gas emissions data from companies that choose to participate in the program. EPA will develop reporting forms and a letter of intent for companies to submit. Larger companies will join Climate Leaders, and therefore the impact of this program on small businesses is limited.
