Abstract: This data collection is to further test newly redesigned forms used for real estate settlements with new and experienced home buyers. The Good Faith Estimate (GFE) and the Guaranteed Mortgage Package Agreement (GMPA) forms will be presented to 75 subjects to determine how well they can use and understand them. A cross walk between these forms and the HUD-1 will also be tested. The testing of the forms will take place in five cities in two rounds The forms will be modified based on the results of the testing between the rounds.
