This final rule provides for the collection of information from establishments engaged in the reimportation and wholesale distribution of prescription drugs; the sale, purchase or trade of (or offer to sell, purchase, or trade) prescription drugs by hospitals, health care entities, and charitable institutions; the distribution of prescription drug samples; and the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs. The respondents are businesses, hospitals, health care entities, charitable institutions and other for-profit organizations; small businesses or organizations.
