Abstract: The National Emission Standards for the regulations published at 40 CFR Part 62, Subpart GGG promulgated on November 8, 1999. The Federal plan applies to any existing municipal solid waste landfill located in a State that is not covered by an approved and effective state plan. EPA's Federal Plan also applies to existing municipal solid waste landfills located on Indian Land.
