Abstract: Form SSA-821-BK collects information that determines whether individuals have worked in employment after becoming disabled and, if so, whether the work is substantial gainful activity. The data is reviewed and evaluated to determine if the recipient continues to meet the disability requirements of the law. The respondents are title II beneficiaries and title XVI recipients.
