Abstract: Affected facilities are petroleum dry cleaners constructed after the date of proposal. Standards require that sources record and maintain data from the initial performance test of the flow rate for the solvent recovery system. Under the general provisions affected facilities are required to submit a one-time report on the initial performance test.
