Abstract: The application form is needed to conduct a national competition for the TRIO Dissemination Partnership Program for program for program year 2003-04. The program provides Federal financial assistance in the form of grants to institutions of higher education and organizations funded before October 7, 1995 for one of the Federal TRIO programs. The program provides discretionary grants for the purpose of replicating successful practices of TRIO projects to other institutions and orgnizations that are serving TRIO-eligible students, but that do not have TRIO grants.
