Abstract: On April 26, 2002, the Commission released a report and order in the matter of the establishment of policies and service rules of the Non-Geostationary Satellite Orbit, Fixed Satellite Service in the Ku-Band, IB Docket No. 01-96, FCC 02-123. Applicants to provide NGSO FSS in the Ku-Band will be required to amend their pending applications to conform to frequency sharing methods adopted in the rulemaking.
