Abstract: This collection would be a one-time survey of all vessel owners and seafood dealers that have an active Federal permit. The purpose of the survey is to determine availability of personal computers and access to the Internet. This information would be used to help evaluate the potential for optional electronic reporting of catch and effort or other mandatory data.
