Abstract: In this MO&O and 2nd R&O, ET Docket No. 98-206, FCC 02-166, MVDDS licensees are required to provide notice of intent to construct a proposed antenna to NGSO FSS licensees operating in the 12.2 - 12.7 GHz frequency band and to maintain an internet web site of all existing transmitting sites and transmitting antennas that are scheduled for operation within one year, including the "in service" dates.
