Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with changes indicated in memo from ED dated 6/27/02. This collection has been in violation of the PRA since 2/28/02, after obtaining 2 emergency extensions. This violation must be reported in the next ICB. ED must put into place mechanisms for obtaining paperwork clearance every three years, without utilizing emergency extensions in order to "fill in the gaps."
