Abstract: Under Section 11A(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 USC 78k-l(b), the Commission must make certain findings before it may grant an application for registration as an exclusive securities information processor. Rule 11Ab2-1 and Form SIP, adopted in 1975, are designed to provide the Commission with information that is necessary to enable it to make the required findings.
