Abstract: This information collection consists of mandatory reporting of sea turtle mortalities and listed whale interactions by pelagic longline and shark gillnet vessels, respectively,fishing for highly migratory species in the Atlantic Ocean, including the Caribbean Sea and the Guld of Mexico. This action is required by an Endangered Species Act Section 7 consultation that resulted in a Biological Opinion dated June 14, 2001.
