Abstract: Lenders report required by 38 U.S.C. 3702(c) on automatic home loans made by lenders of a class specified in 38 U.S.C. 3702(d). Such loans are not subject to prior approval of VA. Report provides data on the loan and property sufficient for loan examination determinations and verification of compliance with title 38, U.S.C., chapter 37.
