Abstract: IRS seeks to assess the effectiveness of the communications campaign associated with the "Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001." A random sample of household will be surveyed by telephone to provide a quantitative assessment of taxpayers' awareness and understanding of the tax rebate process.
