Terms of Clearance: By its next submission, ED will provide evidence of streamlining and consolidating its grant application forms. This form violated the PRA because it was improperly submitted under a new OMB number 1890-0008. It was withdrawn due to to this improper submission and then resubmitted under its original OMB number 1875-0106. The changes adopted during its first review, as the OMB number 1890-0008, have been reflected in this 1875-0106 package.
