Abstract: HUD has adopted a uniform procedure for accepting materials and products to be used in structures approved for mortgages or loans insured under the National Housing Act. HUD uses the information submitted, under the Administrator Qualifications and Procedures described in 24 CFR 200.935, to determine the acceptability of third-party certification organizations.
