Abstract: This study seeks to understand why there is relatively low usage of the Self-Select PIN among the practitioner community. The evaluation will consist of a review, analysis, and identification of perceived benefits and disadvantages of the Self-Select PIN as well as the most effective ways to market this IRS e-file feature
